About the event

Traditional Food Preparations; Using the wisdom of ancestors to optimize health in modern times.

Kombucha Workshop W/ Tamar Stearns

The 3rd workshop in our Traditional Food Preparation series will focus on brewing Kombucha, a fermented tea which has many health benefits. Come learn how to make your own natural ‘soda’ that supports gut health, boats your immune system and reduces inflammation.

Bring a small jar with lid to receive a ‘mother’ (also known as a ‘Scoby’) which you’ll need to get you started in home brewing!

Taught by Tamar Stearns, volunteer leader of the New London Weston A. Price Foundation chapter.

There is a $5 per person supply fee; please pay HERE.
