Children's Yoga

Bring the little ones for some fun, mindfulness, and a bit of silliness with Miss Kim. Children will learn basics needed for group activities, such as calming the body down for transitions and regulating emotions, sitting together for listening, following directions by copying the teacher with yoga poses & creative movement, and to sing along with catchy songs. Class will be held outside on beautiful days, so stop in to the front desk to check. On colder or rainy days, we will meet down in the children's activity room. Please bring a blanket, towel or mat. We have some small mats for littles.
