Join us for an author's talk about a friendship made during the Vietnam War, followed by a demonstration of how to make a traditional Vietnamese Spring Roll.

DESCRIPTION:

Women have been overlooked in the history of the Vietnam War. The gap is now filled with this riveting, true memoir. Two Women, One War is the story of the insanity of war, human capacity for resilience, power of hope, and strength of women. Wars are profoundly tragic, horrific, and cruel. For the first time, an American and a Vietnamese woman have written the story of war. Their story is not sad.
